In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, Mark and Scott talk about the latest Bootcamp and what you can do to make sure you never run out of cash flow.

One of the biggest concerns our students have is running out of money. When you begin snatching up properties left and right, it won't take long to run through your savings. But there are ways to ensure that doesn't happen.

Today, Mark and Scott tackle notes...should you sell? How do you build and compound your note portfolio? Where can you go if you want to sell?

Listen in and see how you can build your note portfolio at light speed!

TIPS OF THE WEEK

Mark: Read the book The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of It by Kelly McGonigal. Exercise and meditate to increase your willpower.

Scott: Check out the Quitter App for Mac and automatically hide or quit apps after periods of inactivity. Minimize the distraction and clutter on your computer. Also, go to Nugget.one and sign up to get a new SaaS startup idea in your inbox every single day.

In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, Mark and Scott talk about creative marketing, wealth mentality, and shady real estate gurus.

Somethings are only learned by experience. You can't learn everything from a book, once you have gained all you can through reading and listening to gurus then it's time to get out into the real world and gain experience. You are not a guru until you have the experience of dozens, if not hundreds and even thousands of deals. Make sure you know you are listening to a trusted source who has REAL experience.

How do you get rid of a property you acquired that has a trench 8 feet deep, 10 feet wide and runs along the entire length of the property? Market it as having a MOAT, that's how!

There are lots of creative ways you can take something that is seemingly problematic and turn it into gold for the right investor.

These guys are always giving...there are tips a plenty in this episode!

TIPS OF THE WEEK

Mark: Do live streaming via YouTube Live. Skip the process of manually uploading recorded live streams from other platforms into YouTube and just record straight from YouTube and share to your social media accounts.

Scott: Have your own personal search engine for all your cloud services via Binocs and never lose any files. Also, check out The Abundance Code.

The geekiness is strong with this one! In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, Mark and Scott talk with fellow geek, Peita Diamintidis.

Not too many people have actually created a word, but the Finance Action Hero has! Zaptitude—skill; knack; ability or acquired capacity to sort out ones's money stuff.

Peita is here to show you how to handle your own money stuff...

  • What differentiates a pyramid scheme from a real business & equity vs. cash flow.
  • Simplicity—why do we always make things so complex?
  • Credit vs. Debit, should we ever use credit cards?
  • Do you know what your interest rate is?
And any self-respecting lady geek wouldn't leave without discussing the bigger handbag theory and answering the question, should you earn more or just be conscious about your spending?

Aunt Peita's Tips
  • Spend less than you earn
  • Waste is really stupid
  • Slow and steady absolutely wins the race
  • If something is too good to be true, it is!

There is almost too much geekiness in this episode...proceed with caution!
